ALPHA TRUST CORP is fully licensed by the St. Vincent & the Grenadines Offshore Finance Authority to offer full range offshore services such as formation and registration of offshore companies and international trusts, mutual funds, international insurance companies and offshore banks.  

The company is managed by Mr Joel H. Pitt, a practising barrister at the law firm Joel H. Pitt & Co, Chambers for the past thirty (30) years. ALPHA TRUST CORP is a regulated trust company operating in St Vincent and the Grenadines.  

By way of education, Mr Pitt read law at the Cave Hill campus of the University of the West Indies, Barbados. He then undertook the Certificate in Legal Education at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad. He specialises in the fields of Real Estate, Litigation, Offshore Finance and other areas of civil law.

General Information about the St Vincent and the Grenadines 

The State of St. Vincent & the Grenadines, hereinafter called SVG, consists of a small group of islands namely, St. Vincent, Bequia, Petit Nevis, Mustique, Petit Canouan, Tobago, Keys, Mayreau, Union Island, Petit St. Vincent and several others. The Islands are part of the Windward Islands in the Caribbean, about one hundred miles to the west of Barbados. SVG is a small island economy with a population of about 110'000 and an area of 386 sq. km. Kingstown the capital, situated on the main island of St. Vincent, is not only the seat of the Government, but also the centre of business and finance.  

While St. Vincent & the Grenadines has always believed in privacy and confidentiality it never offered itself as a safe haven for rogue clients. The new government of St. Vincent & the Grenadines under its Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Dr. Ralph Gonsalves had introduced during the course of 2001 Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations in order to combat any criminal money-laundering activities and other criminal abuse of its offshore financial centre. Corresponding guidelines which were issued from 2002 ensured that all relevant requirements of the FATF are being met and ensured that St. Vincent & the Grenadines was removed from the list of non-cooperative countries and territories in money laundering matters.

    We are able to form and register IBC's, Trusts within 48 hours.   Registration of offshore banks, mutual funds and insurance companies take from eight to ten weeks.

    It is the policy of this company not to serve as trustee for any trust   that aggregates funds for questionable investments.
